If you cancel your booking within 3 days from the Check-In date no penalty will be charged.
If you cancel or modifiy your booking within 3 days from the Check-In date a penalty in the amount of the total cost of your stay will be charged.
In case of missed presentation a penalty in the amount of the total cost of your stay will be charged and the reservation will be canceled.
For reservations of 6 nights or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required.

Before arrival a pre-authorization of the total amount of the reservation will be made on the credit card.
The pre-authorization is not a prepayment but a verification of the validity of the credit card through the temporary blocking of the necessary amount foreseen for the payment of the reservation.

Not included: Breakfast and tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day. From 1/10/2023 the tourist tax will be 6 euros per person per day
